    • If suitable, we will proceed with creating your artwork.
    • If your photo doesn’t meet our standards, we’ll reach out to request an alternative image.

  4. Additional Tips

    • If you feel your photo doesn’t quite meet the guidelines, we encourage you to take a new one for the best results.
    • Send your photo as soon as your order is confirmed to avoid delays.
  5. Customise the Design
    Add options like text engraving, special designs, or preferred shapes.

We rely on you to submit a high-quality photo that fits these guidelines. Refunds cannot be provided for artwork created from photos that don’t meet these criteria.

DELIVERY 

We offer free shipping for all  Mainland UK orders. Our standard delivery timeframe is estimated at 4-9 business days. In the event of any delays with your shipment, we will promptly reach out to you to verify the precise delivery date and time. Please note that at present, we do not have the option for next-day delivery.

Northern Ireland & Isle of man orders are a standard rate of £5.99 and estimated delivery is 10-15 working days.

PROCESSING & HANDLING

We quality check your items, process your orders, and securely package everything within 3 business days before shipping

CANCELLATIONS

You have the option to cancel your order within a 12 - hour window from the time it was placed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
